  optek-Danulat探頭是由optek-Danulat公司生產(chǎn)的用于在線過(guò)程監(jiān)測(cè)的傳感器探頭。該公司專注于過(guò)程流體測(cè)量已有30多年,其產(chǎn)品以高品質(zhì)和耐用性著稱,可承受高溫、高壓和腐蝕性介質(zhì)等惡劣工況。

  optek-Danulat的ASD系列細(xì)胞密度探頭:可用于測(cè)量和表征細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng),以改善表達(dá)。適用于臺(tái)式、中試和大規(guī)模細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)與發(fā)酵。探頭主體為一體式不銹鋼,采用的無(wú)密封藍(lán)寶石光學(xué)元件,使用混合LED光源技術(shù),無(wú)需維護(hù)。通過(guò)測(cè)量光譜的近紅外區(qū)域,能實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量光密度大于800OD的值,在高通氣和攪拌速率的發(fā)酵罐中也能保持出色的準(zhǔn)確性和重復(fù)性。提供19mm和25mm兩種尺寸,可指定多種插入長(zhǎng)度和光學(xué)配置。
